Camping Registration

Please fill in the form below if you are coming with a dance side, group, outfit or as a performer and have been asked to do so if you require camping.

If you are a general inquiry about camping then information is available on the Visitor Camping page.  This page is for Performers only and you will not be allowed in without registration.


IMPORTANT!
A couple of days before the festival the person who applied for camping on the form will receive a camping pass via email, it will be their responsibility to pass that on to everyone in your band / side. The passes will not be coming out separately. 
Site opens 
Friday 10 am til 9pm, Saturday and Sunday the site shuts at 8pm.

**Thursday arrivals only by special need and prior consent via the festival management. (facilities will be restricted).

This form will close on July 24th at 12pm and it will be to late to apply after then. 

Finding the Performers Campsite

The performers campsite is situated by postcode DT6 3XA There is no postcode for the site itself which is known locally as 'Asker Meadows'. The site can be found on the opposite side of the road to the houses on the above postcode if coming by SatNav. 
Please approach the site from The Crown Roundabout direction.

Security will be in place and only vehicles with a Festival Camping Pass will be admitted which must be clearly displayed in the vehicle windscreen as the entrance is directly off the A35 bypass road. 

Access to the site must be via the Southern end from the Crown roundabout heading in a Northerly direction. ( See Map on our website).

Any other requests or camping applications / amendments prior to the festival should be made in the usual manner online.

Please also note that toilet cassette waste can't go down the loo's, please use the IPC tank provided in the camping field.
