If you are a general inquiry about camping then information is available on the Visitor Campingpage. This page is for Performers only and you will not be allowed in without registration.
IMPORTANT! Please print off the PDF that you receive in the automated email conformation and bring it will you, you will not get camping without it. *If you don't get the form please check your spam box and any bin / junk filters used by your email provider, also turn off your firewall and antivirus before filling the form, as they don't like automated messages with attachments, this will fix any problems you have receiving the email you need. We will not be sending out separate PDFs.
This form will no longer be manned and noted from 1pm on Thursday 25th July. So if applying after that date please find alternate campsites around the town.
You will need to provide the details below upon arrival and registration at the festival so if any details change please refill this form by saving the link you get at the end of filling the form to adjust it later. Once registered via the form below please print out the PDF form that you get in an automated email and bring it with you, this will be checked off on your way in, you will need to display a copy of the PDF in each vehicle window.
Finding the Performers Campsite
The performers campsite is situated by postcode DT6 3XA There is no postcode for the site itself which is known locally as 'Asker Meadows'. The site can be found on the opposite side of the road to the houses on the above postcode if coming by SatNav. Please approach the site from The Crown Roundabout direction.
